Remarks/issues

i. An amount of Rs. 200000/- withheld from IPC No. 1 for

undelivered services (Back up calculations of BOQs, TS
DCE) and Rs. 146880 deducted being wrongly claimed (16%
sales tax)
ii. An amount of Rs. 16040 withheld from IPC No. 2 and Rs.
41000 deducted.
iii- The extended time period upto 30-04-2015 stands expired
iv- Revised constr. Drawings of 2 packages submitted out of 7
packages
v- The designs and tender/construction drawings and BOQs
of critical structures like Bridges have been finalized on the
basis of assumed Geotechnical parameters, as accepted by
ACE
i. An amount of Rs. 26880/- deducted from IPC No. 1 being
380000
wrongly claimed (16% sales tax).
ii. An amount of Rs. 134400/- deducted from IPC No. 2 1
being wrongly claimed (16% sales tax), and Rs.268000/withheld for undelivered services (Locating/Estab. Of control
points to supervisory consultants, Back up calculations of
BOQs, TS DCE)
iii- The extended time period upto 30-04-2015 stands expired
iv- Revised constr. Drawings of 1 package (Bridges) remains
un- submitted.
v- The designs and tender/construction drawings and BOQs
of critical structures like Bridges have been finalized on the
basis of assumed Geotechnical parameters, as accepted by
ACE

The IPC could not be processed by Deputy Director (East)
PKHA Abbottabad due to:
i. The IPC has not been received from Director Construction
office after comments / directions for further processing.
ii- The Engineers Cost Estimate and Tender Drawings were
submitted by ACE vide No. ACE/TESD/JB101/2311 dated
15-12-2015, while the extended period of Consultancy
already expired on 31-05-2015
