By signing this contract, buyer agrees to all terms listed below.

The buyer agrees to provide proper care and housing for puppy / dog purchased from Bawlistic
Kennels. If seller gets proof that any dog purchased from Bawlistic is abused or neglected,
seller reserves the right to repossess said puppy / dog with no monies refunded to purchaser.
Proper care and housing includes:
Providing veterinary care and routine yearly checkups
Proper vaccinations schedule as recommended by breeder and / or veterinarian.
Outside dogs will be provided proper shelter, food, water, and exercise.
Puppy / dog microchips must be registered with AKC or another microchip registry and proof
sent to breeder before 3 months of age.
Inability to keep dog
Buyer MUST NOT take puppy / dog to shelter, re-home, sell, or give away for any reason. If at
any time the buyer cannot keep the puppy / dog the seller will take the puppy back at any time,
no questions asked. No monies will be refunded and all paperwork associated must be signed
back over to Bawlistic Kennels owner Jordan Chambers.
Registration & Registered Name
Puppies / dogs sold with full registration come with paperwork from AKC & UKC (UKC when
applicable) with full breeding rights. Puppies / dogs sold with full breeding right must have the
"Bawlistic" name first in their registration name unless otherwise agreed upon. Example:
Bawlistic's Dark Knight.
Puppies / dogs sold with limited registration come with limited paperwork from AKC and no
paperwork from UKC and NO breeding rights. Certified proof of spay / neuter must be send to
breeder Jordan Chambers by the puppy / dogs 2nd birthday. Failure to send proof of spay /
neuter is grounds for repossess of animal.
German Shepherds
German Shepherds sold with full registration are required to have to following prior to breeding
OFA Hip & Elbow Certification
Tested for Degenerative Myelopathy (DM)
Posses a solid temperament showing no signs of fearfulness or aggression.

Males may be used prior to the age of 2 for breeding if they have completed the following
OFA prelim Hip & Elbow Certification
Tested for Degenerative Myelopathy (DM)

Bawlistic Kennel owner Jordan Chambers reserves the right to breed any female in good
breeding health, owned or co-owned by Chambers to male produced and sold with full breeding
rights.
Breeder Jordan Chambers will stay on official paperwork as a co-owner until all requirement
have been fulfilled. Once proof of OFA & DM have been provided breeder Jordan Chambers
will sign off as co-owner.
Bluetick Coonhound
It is my strong suggestion to OFA Hip & Elbow Certify any breeding dog, prior to breeding.
Bawlistic Kennel owner Jordan Chambers reserves the right to breed any female in good
breeding health, owned or co-owned by Chambers to make produced and sold with full breeding
rights.
Breeder Support
As part of my commitment to my breeding program, my breeds and my puppy buyers I offer
lifetime breeder support. I will do my best to answer questions or address any concerns you
may have, so please stay in touch. I will gladly help with any kind of training including keeping
puppy / dog in my home to be trained when possible. Bawlistic loves to see our dogs grow,
please send pictures and update us on how your dog is doing so we can share with our
followers and other puppy buyers.
The health and well being on my puppies and my breeding lines is of the utmost importance to
me. I stand behind my dogs 100%.
