This dog is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.

The dog is being sold as pet quality and we recommend spaying and neutering but if
you can wait till after a year of age research has shown it to help with the overall health
of the dog. This dog is being sold on AKC limited registration and shall not be used for
breeding or showing purposes. It is to be a pet only. Infringement on this will result in a
fine of $5000USD for every litter produced without written consent from breeder.

If you choose to register your dog the beginning of the name must begin with “Kacey’s”.
This dog is not to be registered with any other registry besides AKC. Infringement on
this will result in a fine of $5000USD.

This dog is guaranteed against any debilitating congenital defects for one year after
date of birth. This is to include the following conditions: liver shunt, blindness, epilepsy,
major organ function (heart disease, kidney failure etc.) and hearing impairment. The
one-year health guarantee does not include minor illnesses-hernias, hypoglycemia,
coccidiosis, giardiasis, kennel cough, skin or food allergies, or diarrhea. The guarantee
does not include autoimmune disorders, parasites, heart murmurs, and brachycephalic
syndrome. It also does not include any physical injury, ingestion of foreign objects, or
chemicals occurred after date of sale.

Your new dog will be given all the immunizations and de-worming appropriate for its age
and has been protected from exposure to dog disease. Please protect your dog until it
receives all three recommended shots. The third should occur at twelve weeks of age.

The buyer understands that microscopic organisms occur naturally in a dog’s body and
may in times of stress become evident. This is not in the control of the breeder and is
easily treated by vet care.

The dog is guaranteed for one week from date against any viral illnesses.

The buyer is required to take the dog to a licensed veterinarian for a check-up within
three days of date. If the vet should find a debilitating congenital condition, the dog may
be exchanged for another of the same quality and breed when one is available or a
refund, if returned within three days of diagnosis. Documentation of the condition is
required by a licenses veterinarian. All shipping is at the expense of the buyer. The dog
and all papers must be returned to the breeder within 3 days of this diagnosis.

If the dog is not taken to a licensed veterinarian with three days, the health guarantee is
void. We encourage you to schedule this visit at least a few weeks ahead of time, as
this is critical, and we cannot make exceptions to this policy.

Size, conformation, temperament, personality, or testicles dropping is not guaranteed.

We can give you an educated opinion on these issues but make no guarantees as such.

If the dog should die from a suspected congenital defect within twelve months of date of
birth, an autopsy must be performed at the buyer’s expense by a licensed veterinarian.
If there is documented evidence that the death was caused by a congenital defect, the
breeder will provide another dog of equal value to the buyer or a refund for original
amount purchased. The guarantee is void if the diagnosis is indeterminable or
inconclusive.

The breeder is not responsible for any vet bills incurred after date. The breeder
assumes no responsibility for the dog after date for any medical expense, human
allergies, training difficulties, or behavior problems.

No refunds are given for any reason other than health.

If for any reason you can no longer care for your dog, you are not to rehome or resell
without written consent of breeder. With no questions asked breeder will take dog back.
This dog comes with a lifetime prepaid microchip from AKC Reunite and is registered to
you along with breeder information. Breeder information is never to be removed.

I signify that this dog looks in general good health and I have examined it to my
satisfaction and see no visible signs of illness. I have read and understand the terms of
the agreement and will abide by them. Date below signifies date of sale.

By signing this I acknowledge I have received health papers and the Minnesota Pet
Lemon Law.
