TSU Meeting- September 12th, 2016

Hanemayer, Jamie Sweeney, Madison Steele, Cindy Kao, Pascal Reiners, Jocelyn Kim, Karen Chang.
President- Annie Therrien Boulos:

We are also looking for year reps to come to meetings and then report back to their cohorts
about what sort of things the TSU are doing. Beth is the Rep for Second year, Mischa is the Rep
for third year, Nicholas will do Fourth year, Katlyn will do fifth year and up.
We are going to have a meeting with Cole at 5:30 on next Tuesday about the articles that were
written about the housing issues and the backlash around that. There is going to be a Rally that
is being put to about it and if you would like to get involved please contact Cole. Annie will also
send an email about a meeting with Cole.
Lisa Baline has taken a job in Washington DC and the Professor would like to do a goodbye party
for her. It will be this Thursday at 5:30pm in 4270. Annie motions to spend $25 from Trust to by
Lisa a goodbye bottle of wine.

All the things planned for the term: Buddied System, gala for the mainstage, grants, workshop,
subsidize tickets, Crit and the snow ball, #drunkjam organized by film and music.
Things we want to do this semester: Puppies, Class photo, Sleepover, Movie night, Dance party,
Haunted Sound stage and level B2 (Part of the Union crossover), Cookie decorating.

Secretary- Linnea Perry:

Jordan is willing to shadow Linnea to take over for her in the years to come.
The directory is underway and an email will sent about it.

Vice President- Jessica Del Ferro:

FCAT formal: Jess is looking for people to help her with the FCAT formal with the finances for
the event as well as planning events. Please contact her if you are interested in helping her out:

We need to figure out how much money we want to give to the FCAT formal so we can ask for
more funding from the school. Jess is proposing that we take $50 out of core in order to put
forward to the formal.

Nicholas would like to have people help in designing logo for a few years. Anyone who want to
submit a design can email Annie to submit the logo.
Morgan has offer to shadow Catherine and Nicholas.

Social Media Coordinator- Paula Viitanen:

Paula would like that you are sending her picture of things you do during class and Rehearsal so
we can post to the Facebook. Arry and Mischa would like to set up a Instagram for the school to
use.

Treasurer - Marina Buston:

We need to pay Linda Hollen for the workshop: Invoice has been made and needs to be sent to
the SFSS
