    Meet all the criteria for ensuring my operators work in
    complete safety during the risk situations identified.
    1 Warn the RSES when the operators report to me
    a confirmed risk.
    2 Pass on to them the updated list of downgraded situations,
    including old ones.
    3 Inform them when a downgraded situation is closed out.
    4 Convey precise operating procedures to them.
    5 Check that the procedures are followed.
    6 Mobilise the specific equipment necessary.
    7 Provide support staff to supervise the operation.
