Unleash Foundation: Hangzhou Internship Program 2014 (

To: All HKU full-time full degree students,
Unleash Foundation (http://www.unleashfoundation.org) is going to host an
information session for its Hangzhou Internship Program 2014 on 25 February
2014 (Tuesday).
The programme is organized by Unleash Foundation, supported by the Alibaba Group
()and is subsidized by the Commission of Youth.
The program will offer 40 subsidized intern opportunities in Alibaba Group (
) in Hangzhou this summer between June-July and July- August respectively (two
groups). It is an experience for you to experience the E-commerce development,
operation and working culture in China.
Programme Schedule
Promotion and application: start from now until 14 March
Application deadline: 14 March
Application Result release: 28 March (tentative)
Application Fee submission for successful applicants: 5 April
Workshop and Briefing for successful applicants: 10 April (must attend)
Internship period: June-July or July-August
Sharing Session: 16 August (must attend)
Post-intern Activities: July - September
** Please note that applicants must attend all the pre- and post-internship activities
and complete the internship arranged by the organizer in order to receive the subsidy
and allowance.

Requirement / Criteria

The programme is opened to full-time full degree students from the University of
Hong Kong with a permanent Hong Kong Identity Card and is aged 18-29 when
they submit the programme application. Students need to possess a good
working knowledge in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin).

Applicants did not participate any internship programme organized by the

Commission of Youth in the previous year.

Applicants must possess a valid Home Return Permit () and expiry date
should be after 30 August 2014 when submit the applications.

information, the organizer will be hosting an Information Session on 25 February
2014. Students are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to attend the information session if
you are interested in applying for the internship in 2014.
