OFFER LETTER
Dear Manish Mishra,
Octane Edutech Pvt Ltd. is pleased to offer you in the position of
Assistant Engineer. We trust that your knowledge, skills and
experience will be among our most valuable assets.
You will be eligible to receive the following from the date you are hired:
Salary: Annual CTC of 1,30,000/- INR
Location: KOLKATA, INDIA
Probation: Initial probation period will be for 6 months from the
date of appointment. The period can be increased at the sole
discretion of the management.
Promotion: Promotions of employees is reviewed on half yearly
basis. However, one will be promoted only on the basis of seniority
of service, Performance and the number of vacancies available.
Management body is the deciding authority to judge the appraisals
and promotions of all employees.
Termination: In the case of termination of this employment for
either side a 30 days notice needs to be given to the other party in
writing during probation period. Post confirmation, you are
requested to give the company a minimum of 45 days notice in
writing. You may be released earlier at the discretion of the
management.
Working days: Monday to Saturday.
