Lasso Up an Event

Here are some questions you could ask your child about what we
did this week!

-Solve. 6, 000-3,245
-What is the difference between a data table and a
bar graph?
-If your child has leftover Halloween candy, have
them make a bar graph and share their results with
you.
-Give an example of a fact and an opinion.
-What is a multiple meaning word? Give an example.

Turkey Project
Today in your childs folder you will find the outline of a
turkey. The poor turkey does not want to be eaten for
Thanksgiving so your childs job is to disguise it. Once
the turkeys are safely hidden in the classroom,
students will complete a writing assignment that
describes their turkey. Please feel free to make this a
family project-the turkeys thank you for your help!

Daylight Savings time ENDS on Sunday, November 6.
