PROCEDURE
Introduction (12 min.):
Hook/Attention Grabber: Math songs for skip counting and counting to one hundred.
Transition to Body: Now I want to see how well you all remember what we just did in the songs.

Body (23 min.):


Learning Activity #1: Three Math Worksheets: These worksheets are designed to have the students have a physical
understanding of skip counting. The three worksheets cover counting by 2s, 5s, and 10s separately.

Assessments/Differentiation: Have josh be allowed to colour a page in his minion book after he finished (try for all three but settle
for one) worksheet.

Closure ( 5 min.):
Consolidation/Assessment of Learning: The worksheets will be viewed by a teacher to ensure that learning has
occurred.
Feedback To Students: Encouragement will be given strategically throughout the lesson and work time.
