With this conceptual map as I understand Electric motors are classified, it is important
to know how this internally compounds for how to connect them. It is noteworthy that
the motor have two alternative configurations Corrientes Star and Delta could also
research the three-phase motors can be configured to work as if they were in a phase.

The DC motors are generally used when the engine speed should be controlled externally
The AC motors work better and are used when a performance is required for long periods
of time. All are single-phase DC motors and AC motors can be single or three phase ,
depending on the assembly or work that need these should be selected according to HP ,
RPM, Torque etc. to have better performance.

The realization of this concept map made personally understand more things and not
just summary also with the team made was debated on what we thought were the most
important points to consider.

The development of the conceptual map helped us better understand what was in class
and complement some important points that need to know about the engine but also
helped us realize how important it is to make this type of concept maps not only in this
matter but apply it to the others to have a good understanding of the issues.
