Canned Food Drive
The Canned Food Drive is coming! Well be collecting cans
and new toys from November 28th
-December 16th
. Please
note, they cannot use bottled water, so please bring in
other non-perishable items. Were in a competition with
Bristow and Edna Hill to see who can bring the most
donations! The winning school will get a special trophy. All
donations go to families in Brentwood who need food and
gifts for the holidays. Each item you bring in is worth 1 point
for your advisory class and you will get a special raffle ticket.
These tickets can be turned in to the library for a chance to
win an item of your choice at the winter rally! Well be
giving away prizes like a kindle fire, popcorn machine,
bluetooth speaker, fitness tracker, and a quadcopter. Plus,
multiple gift cards! Sound good? It gets better! The advisory
class in each grade level that brings in the most donations
will get an ice cream sandwich party!
Community Service Opportunity!
Looking to give back during the Holidays? The Brentwood
Community Chest is looking for help sorting and distributing
the donations from the canned food drive. You,your family,
and friends can help on Friday, Dec 16 from 4:00-9:00pm
and Sat Dec 17 from 7:30am-1:00pm at the Brentwood
Elementary Gym, 200 Griffith Lane.
Want to Send a Gift to a Friend in their Class?
Holiday Grams are on sale this Tuesday-Friday before and
after school at the student office window. Make sure you
have order form which you can get from your advisory
teacher or the student office. Grams make great gifts for
your friends and teachers, or you can get one for a family
member or sibling!
TUPE Meeting Friday, December 2nd
TUPE Meeting will be Friday, Dec 2 directly after school for
about 30 minutes. All club members please sign up for
Remind by texting 81010 & type: @8f364c in the body of
the text message. All club members need to confirm with
Mrs. Dalldorf they can attend in person or via Remind
messaging.

Posters!
The Book Fair Posters are on clearance for only $4 each
in the library. Theres only 1 copy of each, so first come,
first served.
Box Tops For Education
Keep those Box Tops 4 Education comin!!! So far we
will be able to purchase 12 books for the library with
what has been turned in. Mrs. Sains Advisory class (233
coupons) has competition with Mrs. Blardonys class
(234 coupons), and several other classes right behind!
Will your class be eating donuts because you turned in
over 625 coupons by December 22? Watch for them,
cut them out, turn them in!!! Expired coupons = $0
valueplease look at the date on the coupons.
Snack Hut
Stop by the snack hut every Thursday after school! We
now have cool ranch and nacho cheese Doritos and
Pirates Booty in addition to all of our normal items:
Chocolate rice krispie treats, lollipops, corn nuts, Giant
Chocolate Chip cookies, mini chocolate bites, scooby
snacks, pop tarts, fruit snacks, Cheeze-Its, Smores
Cereal and more!!
Walk From School Wednesday
The last Walk From School Wednesday of the quarter
will be Wed, Nov 30. Make sure to check in on your way
down the hill! Well be doing a Willys gift card raffle for
both Walk From School Wednesdays!
