Discussion:
Neps are generated in the sliver by the entanglement of fiber with each other
and neps are the responsible for the quality loss, by checking the material before
processing can increase the quality. By using the machine NEP Taster we check the
quality of row material and then process it according to their quality.

Procedure:
Given below is the process of material flow into the machine.
1. The raw material is feed into the drafting zone by the help of guides.
2. The drafting zone attenuate the sliver and make this layer.
3. Wood brusher air placed above the drafting roller for the cleaning of draft
roller.
4. After the attenuation the layer is introduced into the detection zone, which
constitute the magnified glass and light reflects.
5. At magnified glass there is also a light remover and intensity of light is
controllable.
6. When the material come at reflector, the magnified glass help us to detect
the neps.
7. At the bottom there is keyboard like system, on which counting system is
there.

8. After testing the material is weight.

9. Two buttons are at the counter board, from which we reset the machine.
10.Paddle used for the marking of pressure in the drafting zone.
