About Your Water
Supply
Queensland Urban Utilities, a division of
Brisbane City Council, is currently
upgrading the Eildon Hill Reservoir at
Windsor.

As part of these works the reservoir will

be shut down temporarily for essential
maintenance.

From Monday 3 May 2010, some

customers in Albion, Grange, Lutwyche,
Newmarket, Wilston, Windsor and
Wooloowin will receive their water from
another reservoir during the works, which
are due for completion by October.

Some customers may temporarily receive

cloudy water for the first few days, due to
the change in water flow. These changes
are temporary and water will continue to
meet the Australian Drinking Water
Guidelines during this time.

There will be no change to your water

pressure or interruption to water supply.

Thank you for your patience during these

essential works as we ensure the
long-term sustainability and efficiency of
Brisbane’s water infrastructure.

For more information,

please contact
Queensland
Urban Utilities on
