Accelerated Reader
We just started a new semester. That means that students are starting over with new reading
goals for Accelerated Reader. Many first graders have already begun taking AR tests for the
second semester. Your childs new goal and new reading level are being sent home today in
the Weekly Work Folder. Please encourage your child to read as much as possible and take AR
tests over the books read.

Martin Luther King Day

Please remember that we will
be out of school on Monday in
honor of Dr. Martin Luther
Kings birthday. I hope that
