Bible: For our morning devotions we began
reading through The Story for Children and are going through the beginning stories in Genesis. For Bible time we continue to focus on Jesus life and his time as a child.

De la Seora:
I hope you all had a wonderful break and meaningful times together as families. I know it was a relaxing time for me! We will begin a new Language Arts Unit next week and will continue with a new one each week. We are looking forward to having Becky Morales (former Spanish teacher here at LG) come and provide extra help Tuesday-Thursday. Mrs. Morales will also be subbing for me on the 17th, 18th, and 22nd. My husband and I are celebrating our 15th anniversary and are going on quick vacation together. With living on a farm, winter is our easiest time to get away. Im excited for Mrs. Morales to get to know the class and interact more with them. I know theyll love her. Im even more excited for her continuing help with reading!
