What is meant by an organization and explain the ch arateristics of an


organization.

Some project managers are so caught up with the management of the


project that they forget to assume the role of a leader or about
leadership in the management of his project. Sometimes they failed to
delegate the work that needs to be delegated and micro managing the
project i.e. managing the work of the team members. Discuss the

above issues in context of a construction project manager and their


implication on the project.

A construction company has won a contract to construct a bridge. The

activities and durations are as listed in Table 1. The estimated overhead cost

for the project is RM6,000/week. By using the Precedence Diagram method:


a)
