call divert kits which do not consider the emotional status of the caller available in the
market. It becomes novel and technically sound product with the embedding of emotion
detection capabilities in the call divert system which will find potential commercial market. It

will give a new dimension in customer care and research and development in speech
processing technology.

Simulation using MATLAB is in progress. So it is ready for prototype design and ready
