- Receptionist : Good afternoon, Sir. Welcome to UMM Inn. Can I help
you?
- Guess : Yes, I need a room, please.
- Receptionist : This is our room rates list, Sir. We have four types of
rooms; they are Standard, Superior, Deluxe, and Suite.
- Guess : And the facilities?
- Receptionist : each type of room has single and double bed, air
conditioner, television, refrigerator, hot and cold water in
the bathroom and we will serve breakfast for you in buffet.
- Guess : Can I see the room?
- Receptionist : Yes, of course. The bellboy will show you the room.

- Guess : Ok, I take the deluxe room.
- Receptionist : Yes, Sir. Which rooms do you like, deluxe room with
single bed or double bed?
- Guess : Single bed, please.
- Receptionist : May I borrow your identity card, please?

- Receptionist : (Filling the registration form), how long will you stay
here, Sir?
- Guess : Hmm… two nights.
- Receptionist : Yes, Sir. Now would you please sign this registration
form?
- Guess : Ok. By the way, how much do I have to pay? May I pay it
by credit card?
- Receptionist : Yes, Sir. You may pay by credit card and the total amount
staying in deluxe room for two nights is Rp 700.000,00
- Guess : Ok
- Receptionist : Mr. John, now let me confirm your registration form. Mr.
and Mrs. Elthon John from London, stay for two nights in
the deluxe room with single bed, paying Rp 700.000,00 by
credit card.
- Guess : Ok
- Receptionist : Your room is 305 on the third floor, Sir. Here is the key.
The bellboy will take you to the room and he will help to
carry your luggage. If you need any help, just dial “0” for
operator. I would like to remind you that the check out time
is at 10 o’clock in the morning. The breakfast time is from
7 to 10 am. Have a nice stay, Mr. and Mrs. John
