Roles and Responsibilities:

Experienced in meshing of automotive structures using Hyper-Mesh and ANSA Finite Element Analysis tool and creating catalogs for Volvo Spare
Parts. The details of various parts and models are as follow:

Exposure in developing automotive parts by using Hypermesh & ANSA to the required level of meshing. Also tested controlling
parameters like Jacobian, Aspect ratio, Skewness and Warpage for floor cross member, roof member, dash panel, floor tunnel, fender
and radiator support automotive parts
Some of the Shell Meshing where Hypermesh tool was used on plastic parts and other parts were:
o CAC (charge air cooler), CAC Tank, Evaporator core, Heater Core, Ptc Core
o Evaporator upper casing, Evaporator lower casing, Air inlet casing
Some of the Shell Meshing where ANSA tool was used on plastic parts of automobiles were:
o B-Pillar, D-Pillar, Quarter Trim, Glove Box and Floor Console Cover
o Floor panel, Door Inner, Body Side, Door Trim Lower, Door Trim Panel, Deposit box and Instrument panel insert
Hex and Tetra Meshing of various Automotive parts using HyperMesh tool
Experienced in Pro-E Modeling and Detailing for CAD domain
Worked on Ansys Classic & Ansys Workbench
Created catalogs for Volvo Spare Parts.
And created Illustratutios for spare parts using 3D-VIA and CORAL Draw.
