To Whom It May Concern:

I am happy to write a letter of recommendation for Mr. Joshua Gray who is a student at
North Branch High School. It was my pleasure teaching him Algebra II and Precalculus.
Josh is a hard working young man. I find him to be responsible and he always takes pride
in his work.

Josh is dedicated to his studies and strives to do his best in and out of the classroom. Josh
is a member of the National Honor Society and leads the drumline for the decorated
North Branch High School Band. Being section leader requires good communication and
strong interpersonal skills.

Josh is not one to boast about his academic abilities but has always been willing to lend a
hand to those in need academically or situationally. His kindness is clearly evident. As a
student, he is eager to learn and asks questions that are deemed high level thinking. He
has an inquisitive mind and I believe that he will go far with his thirst for knowledge.

This letter of recommendation with high regards for Josh and I hope that he can be
