ISLC Reflection

For my AP Spanish class I had to choose a topic about anything

and investigate about it and learn its origin. We had to then
present our topic to the class and talk to them about it. The
purpose for this assignment was to share with our classmates
what we had learned. When I first was told to pick whatever topic I
couldnt really decide what I wanted to talk about. But since Ive
always been interested in the paranormal I decided to do my
investigation about the Ouija Board. My goal was to research a lot
of facts about the topic so that I could be more informed about it.
Before I could even carry along with my assignment I had to
decide about what I wanted to talk about, choosing the topic was
a bit stressful because I couldnt decide what topic to pick. I
started to investigate over the weekend about the Ouija board, I
would watch videos about it in my free time and took notes.
I learned lots of things about the ouija board that i hadnt known
before like that the game was invented in 1890, and that the
name ouija means good luck in egyption. What I learned about
myself was that (even though I get nervous) I like to share what I
know to my classmates and that im really good at investigating. I
did a very well job in providing the correct information that I
needed for my assignment. Next time that I do a presentation Ill
practice speaking to the audience and correcting my posture.
I investigated the world by researching about a famous board
game which was made in the U.S. I communicated my ideas by
sharing what I knew about the ouija board witch my classmates.
