Pizza, snacks and refreshments will be provided.
Semi-formal attire ( No jeans please)

COST is $15 per couple and $5 for each additional scout

RSVP is NOT by troop-it should be done by each girl and guest by a parent or guardian. Reservations will
be confirmed upon receipt of this completed form and check (checks can be made out to GSWNY-
OPSU). Must be mailed to Catie Jones at 6308 W. Quaker Orchard Park NY, 14127. It must be
postmarked by March 10th.
