HOW TO PRACTICE SEIKETSU

Ensure that you have disposed of unnecessary items on the work station.
Ensure that you have arranged all necessary items in good state.
Ensure that you have cleaned / shined the work place.
Consciously try to maintain the clean environment or it does not require long time to get dirty.
Create a maintenance system for the house keeping.
Start 5-S audits and initiate inter-departmental competition.
