Things that I believe that Jagruti is good at and the area she can work at:
I believe that she is doing a good job communicating with her patients, as she recognize and

acknowledge the importance of providing culturally sensitive care across all age group.

I believe that she can do a better job working on her time management skills. Like she manages

the time well between the morning care and the medication administering time.

After watching Jagruti providing care to one of her patients with Parkinsons disease, I can say

that she understands the importance of safety while providing care to patients with the above-

mentioned diagnosis. She is now also comfortable with subcutaneous and intramuscular

injections and is also able to give insulin with no hesitation.
