Every candidate will be responsible for the entire Zone i.e. based in Karachi will be
looking after the entire South belt including outstations.
It is 80% Field Job (Field Car loan will be provided as per company policy)
Regularly share updated scientific information with the detailing team for factual
accuracy in communication with HCPs
Support in communicating Nestle Infant Nutrition position on critical
issues/controversies raised by the medical community on product concepts
Responsible for implementing the plan of Continuing Medical Education in the Zone.
Manage, conduct and organize scientific activities in collaboration with the detailing
team, including symposia, conferences, round table discussions, workshops and
scientific courses for HCPs
Develop and manage KOLs; at the zonal level, develop opinion leaders and experts in
areas of scientific claims of our products. Maintain close liaison with the scientific
organizations
Make timely reports on area progress (activities, status on KOL development)
competitive Scientific activities and counter action plan
Organize and keep company property entrusted to him / her in good working order /
condition - NNI material, PC and literature, company vehicle etc.
Participate actively in Corporate training events and meetings (Weekly and Monthly
Cycle Meetings and Training Course)
Accept additional duties and tasks in areas other than initially assigned for reasons of
future development, flexibility and availability of work (not violating Local Code / WHO
Code / Nestle Instructions and company policies) WHO and Local Code Compliance:
All the employees will strictly abide by the WHO/ Local Code in the execution of their
job in its letter and spirit.
Ensure compliance in prohibition in making any direct contact with pregnant women
and mothers of infants and young children in their business capacity
