Writing an email

I. Your friend Alex has invited you to a party this Saturday evening but you cant go.
Write an email to Alex. In your email, you should:
apologise to Alex
explain why you cant go
suggest another day when you could meet
Write 35 45 words (no less, no more). Follow the example given in the PPT.

Hi Alex,

How are you? I tell you that this Saturday I will not be able to attend the party, since I
have a family marriage.

Im sorry, but we could meet on Friday at 7 at night to have a coffee and talk.

I hope to see you soon, friend.
