    You are hereby ordered to attend the 11th Community Based Monitoring System
    (CBMS) Network Philippine National Conference that will be held on February 2 4,
    2014 at the Ballroom AB of the Crowne Plaza, Manila Galleria located at Ortigas
    Avenue, corner ADB Avenue, Quezon City.

    Expenses incidental thereto shall be charged against any available funds of your
    office subject to usual accounting and auditing procedures.
