BUDGET PROPOSAL

CLEAN AND GREEN PROGRAM

OBJECTIVE:

 To mitigate the economic impact of the current crisis situation faced by individual and families
 To give opportunity to augment their family income and get through with life challenges in
supporting their family needs.
 To be able to maintain cleanliness and greening program in their respective assigned
areas/barangays.

I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The program is being pattern to the Cash for Work (CFW) project of the Local Government of San Vicente
Through Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) which involved a short-term period
to provide immediate employment to marginalized women in every barangay. This project will also benefit
the Solid Waste Management project of the local government. In return for the services/work rendered,
program beneficiaries will be provided with cash of Php 300.00/day for providing 10-20 working days of
work or services. This will be managed by their respective barangay officials and monitored by the
MSWDO personnel.

II. NO. OF BENEFICIARIES: At least 250 household/families benefited from different

barangay

III. PERIOD OF IMPLEMENTATION: March-October 2023

IV. SOURCE OF FUND: Gender and Development (GAD) Fund (50299990-154)

V. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS: 600 Ips @ 300/day X 5 days = Php 900,000.00
