Dear Madame,

Good day!

We, the 3rd year Tourism Management (TM) and 2nd year Hotel and
Restaurant Management (HRM) students, are enrolled in TM 8- Events
Management and HRM 117 Banquet, Function and Catering Service
Procedure and Management respectively. It has been a practice that
the students under these subjects would be able to apply what they
have learned in the classroom through a culminating activity, which is
held annually.

The event will be organized by the TM students and participated by

HRM students. Aside from the necessary skills, they can also enhance
our self- confidence and self-esteem, which is essential in the Tourism
and Hospitality industry.

The said activity will be held on March 18, 2017 Saturday, 6pm at Hotel
La Rica with the theme of Rolling out the Red carpet to manifest self-
confidence and self-esteem through Hospitality Discipline. Each
student will be contributing 500 pesos to cover all the expenses. We
have attached the program for your perusal.

Since the institution believes in developing students holistically, we are

hoping for your favorable support with this matter. Thank you for your
