Preparation
Soak rice.
Make yakhni with chicken ,1 onion sliced, 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste each, green chili, pepper corn, cinnamon
stick, salt , cumin seed and bay leaves.
Heat oil and fry onion till dark, then add ginger and garlic paste and all other spices.
Add rice to the paste and the yakhni, if yakhni is not enough add some water and let it cook.
Adjust seasoning and let it cook till done. Serve hot with raita and Kuchumar salad.
