Comments on (JRP) 3 weeks schedule Report:
1. Once the master schedule approved, the exact scheduled time must be filled and tracking for each Civil activities will be done with respect approved time schedule. 2. 3 weeks schedule should be checked and sign by SEC site engineers. 3. Starting from next week, SEPCO should compare the Plane percentage with actual progress in separate row (see copy attached for more details). 4. The three weeks calculation shall be conducted from summary progress of work. Comments on (JRP) weekly Report: 1. Histogram method of estimating the manpower is not clear. 2. The exact day date for delivery of material should be mention. 3. The status of P.O and mention the expected date to place the P.O for Unplaced P.O. 4. Delivery of materials date shall be matching with Master Time Schedule. 5. Shipment release date should be included in material status report. 6. How SEPCO apply 3Ps method in calculating summary progress of work. 7. ITP (valid date for FAT confirmed by Manufacturer)
