Management and Talent Acquisition by servicing the demand faster, reducing supply
fluctuations and developing competitive advantages. It incorporates resource
forecasting and planning thus providing unified workforce solutions for demand
globally. With Talent Supply Chain there is tighter alignment and balance between
internal staffing and external staffing (hiring).

The current role is aligned to the Central Planning team which is a part of corporate
Talent Supply Chain responsible for driving various strategic initiatives and
processes around talent supply planning and forecasting.

Roles and Responsibilities

Looking for Executive /Senior Executive TSC-Planning role in Bangalore. The


responsibilities are described below:

Responsible for workforce strategy planning, modelling, analysis & reporting for
Cognizant. This involves working with the various business units & internal
departments to understand the business requirements, process flows, and develop
& maintain working models to forecast and streamline resource requirements for
downstream planning.

Develop & maintain workforce planning model


Utilization planning and governance
Capacity(Infra) Planning, Visa Planning Model
Metrics formulation & Trend Analysis
Participate in assessment and analysis of planning and workflow
improvement.
Participate in development of methodologies, models, & reports to support
strategic initiatives at corporate level.
SME for Large Change Program on Demand-supply management
Perform other business analytics using forecasting techniques as needed
Skills Required

Specialization in Operations, Strategy and Planning, Business simulation,


Excel Modelling, IT and Business Analytics is desirable
Excellent working knowledge of Excel such as forecasting, Scenario Planning,
What-If and simple macros
Knowledge of forecasting tools would be an advantage.
Good Analytical and reasoning abilities
Good presentation skills
Good communication and program management skills
