OBJECTIVES FOR THE NEXT YEAR ( 2013 )

1. To ensure proper housekeeping of Boiler No. 1 & 2 and Feed Water Tank 1,2 in general and fans,
in particular as per HSE standards and checklist. Also implement / maintain startup checklist of
units and pumps in assigned area. Submit feedback on quarterly basis to SE (P).
2. To review at least 1 of each Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Hazard
Analysis (JHA) and Work Instructions of any activities in Boiler No. 1 & 2 and Feed Water Tank
1,2. Submit at least total 3 Nos. of HIRA, JHA and WI on OHSAS / QMS prescribed formats to SE
(P) / DCE (O) before December 2013.
3. To coordinate with Maintenance Section for rectification of at least 5 Nos. of leakages (gas, oil,
water, steam etc) in Boiler No. 1 & 2 and Feed Water Tank 1,2. Submit feedback to SE (P) / DCE
(O) on quarterly basis and rectify all leakage indicated leakages before December 2013.
4. Maintain design data sheets of equipments installed in Boiler No. 1 & 2 and Feed Water Tank 1,2.
Maintain operational history of individual units and highlight bottlenecks in each. Submit report to
SE (P) / DCE (O) before September 2013.
