ATL/BTL/Digital/Branded Entertainment.
Lead Holistic Marketing Communication Strategy Development, Planning and
execution for Downy & Whisper Brand as Brand Integration Manager.
Lead media partnership management with major media partners including Joongang
Media Network (Joongang daily, Joongang M&B and JTBC), CJ E&M, Naver and Daum.
Key achievements highlights are ;
Digital innovation: Led digital innovation thru 1) proactively influencing
company to shift traditional media to digital based on target consumers
media consumption habit changes, 2) restructuring internal &
external(agencies) organization & work process to seamlessly drive digital

Laser targeted communication for SK-II prestige cosmetic brand growth :
Developed laser targeted communication strategy for prestige cosmetic
consumers leveraging target receptive media touch points(including branded
entertainment programs, premium magazine alliance tie up programs) &
communication contexts, which specially contributed to recruit SK-II new
users. Efficient awareness building and new user recruiting were proved to be
success drivers for SK-II brand rapid growth in Korea market.
Life stage and target segment based communication for FMCG category: Re-
organized company media target group from by brand prime prospects to by
life stage/consumption behavior based targeting group for efficient reach &
awareness building as well as for efficient operation thru scale buying. The
change resulted in no corporate media cost inflation for 2 years in a row and
FMCG category share growth in the market.
Partnership with media : Led strategic media partnership with major TV
channels/Digital portals/magazines to drive innovation & efficiency thru win-
win partnership, which enabled the company to enrich alliance marketing
communication(JTBC Living Queen Program, Joongang M&B contents alliance)
