Dear Ms.

Nardelli,

Mckenna Nacey has been a tremendous addition to our fifth grade class this
semester. She has played an important part of our classroom as she worked with
my 24 students. Makenna has been responsible for teaching two math lessons,
one lesson in probability and one in Hands on Equations.

Ms. Nacey planned and implemented her lessons very well. The students were
excited to figure out the probability lesson and always enjoyed her enthusiasm
during small group Hands on Equations. Mckenna has successfully demonstrated
her awareness of different learning styles and has adequately adjusted
assignments to meet the varied needs of students.

Mckenna possesses a positive and enthusiastic personality. She has a great

rapport with the students she has worked with. She is well dressed, articulate,
and always ready with a smile and a kind word.

I am confident that Mckenna will be an asset to any classroom that she works
with. She is confident, knowledgeable, and has a great way with children. I
believe that she will continue to grow and become even more effective as a
teacher with further opportunities.

Thank you for sharing Mckenna with the students in Cottage 1.
