MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT : Explanation

DATE : June 13, 2017

1. Reference: Monday Flag Raising Ceremony in celebration of the 119 th

anniversary of the Proclamation of Philippine Independence.

2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that the

undersigned was not able to attend the said the activity for the following reasons to wit:

a. That in the evening of June 11, 2017, my cellphone got low battery
wherein this is my problem because it is fast draining and the message
of SPO1 Analiza Tumaliaun was sent at exactly 9:39 PM wherein I was
already asleep;

b. That I was able to read the said message in the following morning (June
12, 2017) at exactly 6:40 AM when the time I charged my phone; and

c. That considering the time I read the said message and as much as I
wanted to attend the said activity, I will not be able to reach it on time
since I will be travelling 30 to 45 minutes from my residence.

3. With said premises, the undersigned humbly reiterates that she had never
become and never will she be indifferent with any communication from any personnel of
this Office. I promise to ensure that no similar incident will happen in the future.
