Ref: CWC VSK UOI No 415/ AWES dated 21.04.2017

The competent authority has approved the tour programme of

S/Shri.N.Chandrahas,Met-A, SVJ Kumar,Met-A and N/ Swadesh, SCD to six AWS
stations Ragolu, Vizianagaram, Anakapalle, Chintapalle, Elamanchili and
Peddapuram for preventive maintenance for the tour period from 08.05.2017 to
13.05.2017 by office vehicle with financial sanction of RS 15,100/- with eligible DA
for touring officials

Details of contingent distribution are as follows.

1) Rs 8,100/- in the name of Shri. N.Chandrahas,Met-A ( Rs4,500/- towards

painting at Peddapuram ) and Rs 3,600/- towards site cleaning at six stations ).

2) Rs7,000/- in the name of Shri.N.Swadesh Rao, SCD towards diesel purchase for
office vehicle.

Kindly arrange to send TA/DA claims of touring officials within one month and
contingent claims within fifteen days after completion of tour.
