METHODOLOGY
3.1 Research Design
The research design used in this study is a combination of descriptive and survey research.
Observing the employees on how they work normally on their respective work environment and using
questionaries and scheduling personal interviews in order to analyze every employees experience on
working under the house keeping department at the Bayview Park Hotel.

3.2 Research Locale


Bayview Park Hotel 1118 Roxas Boulevard, corner United Nations Avenue, Ermita, Manila, 1000
Metro Manila

3.3 Sources of Data


Manager Mr. Ronald G. Adviento and employees under of the Housekeeping department at the
Bayview Park Hotel.
- Secondary source such as books, articles published in journals, unpublished writers thesis and
dissertations, etc.
Indicate the source of the data, type of data, year of acquisition, and other pertinent details.

3.4 Procedure
Providing questionnaires for every employee under the house keeping department at Bayview
Park Hotel and tabulating the data and results obtained.
Scheduling personal interviews and Documenting the employees by observing them and using
cameras and other recording devices for the data to be analyzed more properly.

3.6 Data Gathering Instrument


- Description of the adoption, construction, and administration of instruments
- Instruments include tests, questioners, interview guides and/or schedules, etc. apparatus, devices, and
laboratory equipment used.

3.7 Statistical Techniques Used


- Descriptive statistics such as measures of central tendency and variability, coefficient of correlation,
etc.
Inferential statistics such as Parametric and Non-parametric tests
