1.Introductory Paragraph

This chapter presents the method of research utilized in this study, the
respondents, the sampling technique used, the instrument, the statistical
treatment of the data, the research locale together with procedure of
analysis.

2.Research Design

Also known as the Methods of Research.


This section specifies what method of research will be used.
Example: 
Descriptive, Correlational, Experimental, Historical etc.

3. Description of Participants

Subjects are persons or animals investigated in the study.


Respondents are providers of information needed in the study,
elicited orally or in writing.

4. Research Instruments

Under this portion, the researcher should describe the instruments to be


used in gathering the data needed for the study. Explain the construction,
validation, and the administration of the research instruments including
the instructions on how each part of the instruments should be
accomplished by the respondents.

Example: Questionnaire, Survey, Test, Scale, Rating


5. Data Gathering Procedure

Narrates how the researchers collected the following:


Construction of the questionnaire 
Validation
Distribution
Retrieval
Collation
Presentation and Interpretation of Data

6. Statistical Treatment of Data

The information gathered from the survey questionnaire distributed to the


respondents was further analyzed using different statistical tools. 
The application of theses statistical was deemed appropriate to the nature
of the data gathered.
