Rodent and Bird Control Policy

It is company policy of

that pest control provider spray for insects and check bait trap/non-bait traps a
minimum of once monthly and at the call of facility manager. It is also a company
policy that facility personnel inspect non-bait traps weekly or whenever there is
evidence of pest and document inspection on log sheet. Product and packaging shall
be free of insects, rodents, birds, reptiles, and mammals and evidence of them.
