Reflection:
In this day, I learned about James IIs biography which is the background information of
the Glorious Revolution. In my opinion, learning background information about the main topic
which I am going to research is the best way to start a research, because it makes me understand
more about the main topic or main question.
For the question that I asked before I research about James II, I got all of its answers.
First question, Who is he? He was the king of England that wanted to promoted Catholicism.
Second question, How did he become a king? He became the king of England because he is the
rightful heir to the throne and he became a king after his father, Charles I, has dead. Final
question, How did he got depose? He got depose because he fled to France and got abdicated
by the Parliament.
In conclusion, this day I got all the information that I expected before I researched or
even more than expected. I will use this information about James II to do further research about
the Glorious Revolution. Moreover, this information will help me through the research.

Reflection:
In this day, I decided to research about William of Orange, because I think it would be
useful later on in this project. Moreover, it will make whoever reading this record understand
more about the revolution, because reader will know at least two main characters in the Glorious
Revolution which can be lead to other part of the revolution.
There are three questions in this day. First, Who is he? He is the person that became
king after James II deposition. Second question, What did he do? He succeeded the throne from
James II. Final question, How did he defeat James II He defeated James II by invaded him and
forced him to fled.
Therefore, this day I have learned about William III of Orange. I did everything alright
today and even better than expected. This information will be more useful when this project has
come to an end.

In this day, I have learned about the meaning of Whig and Tory. At the first day of this
project, I skimmed through the information I got in internet. Among all those information, there
are words Whig and Tory. This made me curious about this word. Therefore, that is why I
choose these words to research about.
In my opinion, after finished research, I think that these two words are not that important
to the overall information of the Glorious Revolution. All I need to know is they are political
parties in England. For the question part, this day, there are not many questions like other days
because there is less information about Whig and Tory than other topic. First question, What is
Whig and Tory They are political group. Second question, What do they do? they voted in
Parliament.
In conclusion, from the research I did today, I know that Whig and Tory are political
parties that exist since 16th century.

England.
William III arrived at England freaked James out.

William III invade James II in Ireland.
William III defeated James.
James fled to France.

Reflection:
This day might be the last day for my research day, because there are no more things to
research. In this day, I gathered all the information I have learned from this project and analyze it
to the conclusion. I tried to be as compact in the note as possible, because if not then the notes
would mix with non-important stuff which is not only making it messy it all so harder to read.
