Glenshire Commons and Lake Association Board Meeting April 25, 2017

Present: Clark Ahlden, Susan Johnston, Paul Terrio, Pete Fernandes, Sharon Hecht, Judy Seyb, Chance
Riggins and Jim Kaiser

Call to Order: Clark called the meeting to order at 6:25 pm

Minutes: Susan read the minutes from the March 28, 2017 meeting. Paul motioned to accept the minutes
as read, Jim seconded. The motion passed.

Treasurers Report: Paul presented the report. There is one outstanding lake assessment due from a
house which has been sold, but not yet closed. Susan motioned to accept the treasurers report, Clark
seconded. The motion passed.

Geese: 45 eggs were addled from 8 nests on Tuesday April 6 at 4:30 pm. Susan recently saw new eggs in
some of the nests. We will addle the new eggs Tuesday May 2 at 5:30 pm.

Lake Commons Maintenance: the rock work on the lake needs to wait until the geese are finished
nesting. Sharon reports Debbie was here yesterday and today and pulled weeds and cut down grasses.
Susan applied blue and black dye to the lake. She also turned in receipt for the dye.

New Neighbors: Clark reports no new neighbors.

Scouts: no report. The scouts will not be at the lake until the geese are finished nesting.

Website: Susan will get in touch with Stephanie about the website.

Letter: Clark would like a letter sent out to lake residences reminding people to mow their commons area
and to not throw the rocks into the lake.

New Business: Paul will take pictures of the dock that needs repair work and try to find someone to do the
work.

Next Meeting: will be Tuesday May 23, 2017 at 6:30 pm at Sharons home.

Adjournment: Pete motioned to adjourn the meeting. Clark seconded, motion passed. Clark adjourned
the meeting at 7:00 pm.
