Glenshire Commons and Lake Association Board Meeting May 23, 2017

Present: Clark Ahlden, Susan Johnston, Judy Seyb, Sharon Hecht, Pete Fernandes, Jim Kaiser, Chance

Call to Order: Clark called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm

Approval of Minutes: Minutes from the April 25 meeting were read. Sharon motioned to accept the
minutes as presented. Pete seconded the motion. The motion passed.

Treasurers Report: no report presented.

Lake Dues: Clark reports the house on Glenshire Drive is scheduled to close on June 8. These are the
only dues not yet paid.

Geese: the geese may be done nesting.

Lake Commons Maintenance: Clark reports no one has been found to do repair work on the north dock.
Sharon will research into who originally built the dock and Clark will google for information on
dock repair. Work on the beds in the commons area will be delayed until we see what dock repair
costs will be. Sharon will talk to Debbie about working on weeds which are growing between the
rocks. The commons areas look fine at this time, but a reminder notice about mowing
responsibilities and copy of regulations may be sent out as needed.

Lake Maintenance: Susan sprayed for algae.

New neighbors: None

Scouts: will probably be back sometime in June.

Website: Susan will talk to Stephanie soon to get the password.

New Business: we will decide about having a lake party and date at the next meeting.

Next Meeting: will be Tuesday June 20, 2017 6:30 pm at Sharons home.

Adjournment: Pete motioned to adjourn the meeting, Susan seconded. Motion passed. Clark adjourned
the meeting at 7:15 pm.
