Glenshire Commons and Lake Association Board

Meeting May 5, 2015

Call to Order: Clark called the meeting to order at 6:40 pm.
Minutes: minutes from the April 7, 2015 meeting were read. Sharon
motioned to accept the minutes. Pete seconded. The minutes were
accepted.
Treasurers report: Paul submitted the report. There is one outstanding
lake fee due. Clark will follow up with this. Jim motioned to accept the
report. Susan seconded. The motion passed.
Landscaping and Commons: Stephanie will talk with a Glenshire Board
member to see who does Glenshire maintenance and get an estimate for
maintenance and an estimate for refurbishing beds. Sharon will also get
recommendations and/or other estimates. Nick did seed the bed areas
where beds were removed. Clark will measure grass height in the commons
areas around 1st and 15th each month from May to July. Susan will measure
grass height around 1st and 15th for the months of August to October.
Pond Control: there will be a pickup of addled eggs and a second addling if
necessary on May 9.
Neighbors: no new neighbors.
Scouts: a $100.00 check was delivered in April. Scouts walked the lake
beginning of May.
Website: Stephanie will email the website address to members.
New Business: none
Next meeting date: June 2, 2015 at 6:30 pm at Sharons home.
Adjournment: Pete motioned to adjourn. Stephanie seconded. The
motioned passed. Clark adjourned the meeting at 7:14 pm.
