Glenshire Commons and Lake Association Board Meeting

August 11, 2015

Present: Clark Ahlden, Stephanie Brown, Paul Terrio, Judy Seyb, Sharon
Hecht, Susan Drozdz, Pete Fernandes

Call to Order: Clark called the meeting to order at 6:40 pm.
Minutes: Minutes from the July 7, 2015 meeting were read. Stephanie
motioned to accept the minutes, Susan Seconded. Motion Passed.
Treasurers report: Paul presented the treasurers report. Pete motioned
to accept the report. Sharon seconded. Motion passed.
Landscaping and Commons: Sharon will ask Brown-Woods about two
times per month maintenance. Pete recommends we wait until next spring
to stain the docks.
Pond Control: Susan will continue treating the pond.
Neighbors: no new neighbors.
Cookout this fall: Clark suggested having a cookout to get to know
neighbors better. Cookout was set for Saturday October 3 at 4 pm. There
will be pork chop sandwiches and people will be asked to bring a dish.
Stephanie will make a flyer, which will be hand delivered. She will also post
on the website.
Scouts: Clark reports they were here last week to pick up trash.
New Business: A reminder card was sent to homeowners reminding them
to maintain their portion of the commons area.
Next Meeting Date: September 8, 2015 6:30 pm at Sharons home.
Adjournment: Clark adjourned the meeting at 7:50 pm.
