Glenshire Commons and Lake Association Board Meeting May 17, 2022

Present: Clark Ahlden, Sharon Hecht, Pete Fernandes, Susan Johnston, and Judy Seyb.

Call to order: Susan called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm. The minutes of the April 12th, 2022
meeting were read. Clark moved to accept the minutes as presented. Pete seconded. The motion was
carried.

Treasurer’s Report: Chance submitted a Treasurer’s Report, which was shared. Clark moved to
approve the report as presented, and Sharon seconded. The motion was carried.

Lake Commons Maintenance: Sharon walked the commons with Vicki, and Vicki worked around the
lake today. There was general discussion about the condition of the planting beds around the lake,
and the Board decided to begin the next month’s meeting with a walk around the lake at 6:00 pm.
Sharon will pursue the planting project for the bed at the northwest corner of the lake with Country
Arbors. Susan will cut back ornamental grasses near the north dock. Susan and her husband have
sprayed for algae and have dyed the lake once. Additional dye will be applied in June.

Next Meeting: The next meeting will be Tuesday, June 21st, at 6:00 pm on Sharon’s property, starting
with a walk around the lake.

Susan adjourned the meeting at 7:15 pm.
