Glenshire Commons and Lake Association Board Meeting March 19, 2019

Present: Susan Johnston, Paul Terrio, Judy Seyb, Sharon Hecht, Clark Ahlden, Chance Riggins, Lee

Call to Order: Susan called the meeting to order at 6:35pm.

Approval of Minutes: Minutes from the October 2 meeting were read. Clark motioned to approve the
minutes as presented. Chance seconded the motion. The motion passed.

Treasurer’s Report: Paul informally presented the report.

Lake Assessments: Susan sent out six second notices. All but two are now paid. Certified letters were sent
to those two. If payments are not received by March 24, 2019 liens may need to be filed. The owner of 1510
Glenshire is currently not residing in that house.

Addling of Goose Eggs: nesting activities will be monitored and the board will keep in touch for addling
dates.

Lake Maintenance: Sharon reports Debbie will return this year. Susan suggests work may need to be done
at the 1510 Glenshire location. The redbud tree has been planted at the 2016 Danbury location and the
maple tree has been planted at the 4032 Danbury location. Susan will do chemical and dye lake maintenance
this year.

Boy Scouts: Susan was not able to present the check to the Boy Scouts during the winter. She will do that
shortly.

New Neighbors: no new neighbors.

Website: Lee volunteered to take over website maintenance.

New Business: bylaws may need to be updated at some point.

Next Meeting: will be May 7, 2019 at 6:30 pm at Sharon’s home.

Adjournment: Sharon moved to adjourn the meeting. Paul seconded the motion. Susan adjourned the
meeting at 7:10 pm.
