Glenshire Commons and Lake Association Board Meeting September 17, 2019

Present: Susan Johnston, Sharon Hecht, Clark Ahlden, Judy Seyb, Lee Alexander, Pete
Fernandes, Chance Riggins

Call to Order: Susan called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm

Approval of Minutes: Minutes from the August 20 meeting were read. Sharon motioned to
accept the minutes as presented. Clark seconded the motion. The motion passed.

Treasurer’s Report: No report presented.

Lake Commons Maintenance: Sharon reports the redbud tree is looking a little better. Rice
Tree Service will come and look at the trees around the lake, but it will be at least three
months before they can do any work. Vickie is doing a good job. Susan reports some of the
commons areas are looking weedy.

Scouts: Susan will contact the Scouts about doing some lake clean up.

New Neighbors: there are no new neighbors.

Website: Lee reports no responses on the website about the cookout. Posting of the minutes
are up to date. The cookout information is posted.

Cookout: will be Sunday October 6 at 4 pm near the south dock.

New Business: the annual meeting will be held Tuesday October 1 at 6 pm at the south
dock. Susan will send out postcards about the annual meeting.

Next meeting: will be October 1, after the annual meeting, at Sharon’s home.

Adjournment: Susan adjourned the meeting at 7:05 pm.
