Implementing occupation with this guarantee that the goods and or services to be
provided and delivered are in good condition, free from making mistakes and
hidden defects and in accordance with specifications or function and if it contains
elements of Intellectual Property of Rights (HAKI), The Intellectual Property that is
used wholly free from all forms of violations of law and demands from any party.
Goods and Services for existing Intellectual Property of Rights (HAKI) to be owned
by PT Foiniks Digital.

Sanctions
If the job is handed over are inappropriate or do not meet the conditions agreed
upon, PT Foiniks Digital right to refuse without indemnify and if the implementation
of the work submitted late for work for 3 days after the end of the scheduled delivery
of the PT Foiniks Digital entitled to unilaterally and immediately cancel without
having to make payments.
