Thank you for your letter and the sweet things that you said. I was so sorry
you had to go away like that for so long but I suppose work must come first. I
must admit that I also feel comfortable being and talking to you. If I listen to
you so intently, it's because I find you interesting; you talk with such
enthusiasm about things, you can tell that you love life.

I hope that your work in Madrid finishes soon so that you'll come back to
Seville again and we can have another drink in that lovely bar in Betis street.
